Our know-how

A goldsmith's work in the cellar
From the very first stages, a meticulous approach allows for the extraction of all the aromatic finesse of the whites and rosés. Carefully controlled skin maceration enhances the aromas and brings complexity and refinement.
Château Jasson vintages are cold-aged to intensify the most delicate aromas and preserve the wine's brilliance. Fermentation, conducted in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, guarantees balance and purity. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately inhibited to maintain the tension and freshness that characterize the estate.

Excellence, recognized and rewarded
An essential reference, Château Jasson wines seduce amateurs and experts alike; acclaimed by the specialist press and distinguished in the most prestigious competitions. With more than 200 medals in 25 years, each vintage affirms the excellence and identity of the estate, regularly praised by the Hachette Guide.
Among these exceptional vintages, Cuvée XIV embodies the pinnacle of the estate's expertise. Sourced from an exceptional terroir, hand-harvested and produced in limited quantities, it benefits from careful aging using terracotta amphorae and French oak demi-muids, combining purity and complexity. Balanced, ample, and remarkably persistent, it expresses the perfect harmony between power and refinement. A rare wine, made to stand the test of time.
